Cardio Tennis is a fast-paced workout designed to pump up your heart rate. You’ll hit tons of tennis balls while listening to great tunes! Tennis and fitness drills are combined to give you a full body workout while you move around the court through drills and games. Fun is the focus and games are always quick, easy, and can be played by players of all levels.
Classes are taught on one or two courts. A minimum of 4 participants is required with a maximum of 16 allowed.

If you’re looking to improve your doubles play, our Doubles Drop-In Drills will help take your game to the next level. While stroke mechanics are touched on, the focus of these drills are tactics, strategy and court positioning.
Our Doubles Drop-In Drills are taught on a drop-in basis, with no commitment on your part required. Each session is capped, however, at just 8 players. Session with 4 or fewer participants will last for 1 hour. Sessions with 5 to 8 players will last for 1 1/2 hours.
